英名：Shower of Gold Climber、Vining Galphimia、Vining Milkweed、Maiden's Jealousy、Thryallis Vine
An evergreen woody vine in the genus Tristellateia, distributed in the tropical region of South Asia and Australia, also a small distribution in Taiwan Hengchun Peninsula and Lanyu. Because of the sparse distribution, it’s declared an endangered plant in Taiwan. In Southeast Asia, it’s widely used for greening. It climbs by winding stems. Yellow terminal flowers bloom all year round in warm areas. It produces star-like fruit capsules in clusters usually consisted of 3 capsules in each cluster, so it’s also called "Three-star fruit vine."
Prefer warm environment and slow growth in winter. Grow vigorously with Sufficient sunlight. Winter is a good season for minor pruning. Fertilize once in spring and autumn. Propagated by cuttings or seeding.
Suitable for planting in locations such as flower stands, railing, iron window and so on for it to climb and beautify. It can also be planted at a height to droop and create a landscape effect of floral waterfall.
