吊蘭屬多年生草本，是原產於非洲的吊蘭所選育的園藝品種。根健壯發達，莖短縮；有纖細走莖，先端生出幼苗。葉線形，葉綠色，葉緣有乳黃至白色鑲邊線斑。花自走莖生出，花白色。

A perennial herb in the genus Chlorophytum. This is a cultivar of Chlorophytum which is native to Africa. Roots strong and well-developed, stems shortened; stolons thin and slender, seedlings grown in the apex. Leaves linear, green, with milky yellow or white stripe on the margin. Flower occurring from stolons and white in color.

性喜溫暖、多濕及半陰的環境。以通氣良好之腐植土或肥沃的砂質壤土為佳，排水需良好。栽培處宜蔭蔽，以接受半日照為佳，忌烈日曝曬、強風，寒害會導致葉尖的焦枯。以分株繁殖或走莖繁殖。

The plant likes a warm, humid and semi-shade environment and prefers ventilated humic soil or fertile sandy loam with good drainage. It needs shaded in partial-sun conditions and the leaf tip is prone to scald or browning from direct sun, strong wind and low temperature. Propagated from ramets or stolons

葉叢茂密，葉片線條美麗，可做庭園地被植物，或高花台、矮牆上種植。最常使用吊盆方式應用，以欣賞垂曳的走莖與子株。

Valued for the dense foliage and beautiful leaves, it’s well-suited as a groundcover, or grown in high flower stands and walls. Mostly grown in hanging baskets to display the drooping stolons and new bulbs.
